I was so excited when I was contacted by Behind The News who wanted to share my story and my work. This show is seen by thousands of kids each week all around Australia. To think that my work is being used to help educate and inspire kids in schools is incredible. I hope that this story means that there are hundreds or maybe even thousands of kids around Australia this week, that are learning about, talking about and thinking about, all the ways that they can help save our koalas or any Australian wildlife. We can all do something! We don't have to leave it until we are older- I have been doing things since I was 11 years old. Anything that you can do for ANY animal- will help. So I hope this inspires kids to do some research, connect with wildlife and follow a passion (like I have) to help them in any ways that they can.
