Conservation talk to Plenty Girl Guides Group

In March 2017, I was invited by a local Girl Guide group to come and talk about her cause. The girls were very welcoming and friendly and made the night easier for me to get up and speak. They learned a lot from me and many were inspired to do something. Some of the girls bought some towels for my Linen 4 Wildlife Drive.
As a thank you the girls presented me with a special Guides Badge - a KOALA! Its awesome. They also gave me a bag of caramello koalas- YUM! I had a great night and as soon as mum and I got in the car- I asked when I can do another. |

About my talk-
Mum started off with a short game about animal endangerment. I did a 10-15minute talk about koala conservation - koala threats - my experiences - what I am doing - what others can do to help wildlife in general We then decorated koala cookies with the girls. |
