Cyclone Debbie hit Queensland in April 2017. Unfortunately with the floods from this, Currumbin Sanctuary's Hinze Dam eucalyptus plantation were devastatingly impacted on and it put their current supply at risk. This supply is crucial to their wildlife hospital which treats around 300 sick and injured wild koalas annually. Did you know it takes 1000 trees to feed just one of their beautiful koalas every year!
Since I had raised money we decided now was the time to make our donation. We donated $180 which planted 20 koala trees. To find out more or help them by making a donation to their 'TREE TO ME' program, please click the link:http://cwhf.org.au/get-involved/tree-to-me Thank you EVERYONE that has donated to my cause and made this happen.
