4/12/2017 3 Comments Making Rescue PouchesToday I cut some pouches from the sheets that have been left in my bin. Mum made me a template to trace around. These are pouches for Wildlife Rescuers who we donated to in February. They put out a call for pouches a few weeks ago- we don't sew but two lovely ladies have offered to sew them for us. I can't wait to see them complete and deliver them to the Wildlife Rescuers.
Thank you Christina from Diamond Creek who is sewing these ones. If you live local to Diamond Creek and can sew- please contact us. We will drop off fabric and pick up completed pouches- we just need your time and your cotton. thank you

Hello Libby I am emailing from Brisbane Queensland I would like to sew koala pouches for one of many Koala groups up here in Brisbane. I am just googling and found your website. I know nothing about Koala pouches and would like to sew some I was just wondering why it is just a pouch with no lip/edge for hanging wouldn't koalas like to hang rather than lay? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Rebecca
